What Does a Typical Camp Day Look Like?
A typical day at camp involves stretching/throwing mechanics, fundamental skill work, drills, and games! Players will receive instruction in the various skills of baseball. The camp will include individual and group instruction, plus game situations. Proper infield/outfield skills, catching technique, pitching instruction, hitting, and base running will also be taught.
Full Week Camp Schedule:
7:30 – 8:30 | Extended supervision for working parents (nominal fee) |
8:30 – 9:00 | Stretching / Throwing mechanics |
9:00 – 10:30 | Fundamental skill work / Drills |
10:30 – 10:45 | Morning break |
10:45 – 12:15 | Fundamental skill work / Drills / Game situations |
12:15 – 1:00 | Supervised lunch break |
1:00 – 2:00 | Game situations / Games |
2:00 – 3:00 | Swimming or extra hitting (player’s choice) |
3:00 – 4:30 | Extended supervision for working parents (nominal fee) |
