What Does a Typical Camp Day Look Like?


A typical day at camp involves stretching/throwing mechanics, fundamental skill work, drills, and games! Players will receive instruction in the various skills of baseball. The camp will include individual and group instruction, plus game situations. Proper infield/outfield skills, catching technique, pitching instruction, hitting, and base running will also be taught.

Full Week Camp Schedule:

7:30 – 8:30Extended supervision for working parents (nominal fee)
8:30 – 9:00Stretching / Throwing mechanics
9:00 – 10:30Fundamental skill work / Drills
10:30 – 10:45Morning break
10:45 – 12:15Fundamental skill work / Drills / Game situations
12:15 – 1:00Supervised lunch break
1:00 – 2:00Game situations / Games
2:00 – 3:00Swimming or extra hitting (player’s choice)
3:00 – 4:30Extended supervision for working parents (nominal fee)
